If you believe there may be a water leak at your property there is an easy way to complete a meter-self test.
First check that there is no obvious leaks from taps, sinks, toilets, showers etc. Ensure all taps, showers & hoses are turned off.
Go to your water meter, usually located at the front of the property near the footpath or if you live in a unit complex the meter may be located on an external wall.
Record your meter reading.
Do not use any water for approximately one hour and then recheck your meter.
If the reading has changed you may have a leak and need to report the leak to your Property Manager immediately.
